Final Sale Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products. Please note that all purchases are final sale. This means that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Use of our products require a compatible smartphone with Pokémon GO and/or Pokémon Sleep apps installed. Our products are essentially Bluetooth video game controllers that have been physically modified and altered. The hardware (both modified and unmodified) functionality is limited by the software of the aforementioned apps. We cannot control any software changes within these apps, including but not limited to functionality changes, operating system deprecation, hardware limitations, application updates/retirement, account closures, etc. and can therefore make no guarantees. 
In short, we can't control the apps and smartphones this modified accessory is used with, so we can't make any guarantees.

We carefully test all modified GO Plus + devices before they are shipped to ensure that they are free of defects. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you.
